Bozhidar Valchev’s Blog
This is the personal blog of an observability engineer and problem solver, sharing projects, experiments, and real world technical stories.
I like turning noisy, complex systems into something you can actually understand and work with. Because of that, this blog naturally focuses on observability, data, and the small improvements that make complex environments easier to operate.
Here I document what I build, fix, and experiment with – from data pipelines and monitoring setups to small tools that remove friction from everyday work. Along the way, I try to capture not only the final solution but also the path that led there.
If you want to get a feel for how I approach problems, start with the posts and projects below.

Latest from the Blog
Here you will find deep dives, experiments, and real world fixes from systems I design, tools I build, and problems I run into. Sometimes the posts are practical how to guides that you can follow step by step. Other times they are write ups of specific issues I have debugged or ideas I am currently exploring.
In every case, the goal is the same: to document the path from confusion to clarity and to capture how I think and learn along the way.
